Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still attached to the garments.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
